Of course by seeing the title on top, definitely we will discuss about this kind of outlet. Like a trend, more and more table service outlet has been opened due to demand and request from consumer, which refer to us. There are a lot of pro and cons about this matter, that will be discuss further in the next chapter.
Why did I labeled them as So-Called Table Service Outlet? Well, most of these outlet provide table service, but kinda like lame, self-service style of attitude. Yes. This is common thing when you walk in the table service outlet such as Kenny Rogers, Rasamas, Oldtown White Coffee and many more list to come. Talking about the service, I do think you all agrees with me that we will always end up fuckin stress dan macam rage gila bila habis makan dan bayar bil.
Macam apa yang aku alami just now kat Rasamas KLSentral, aku tak tahulah kalau memang yang kerja kat outlet tu just 3 orang je satu shift. Masalahnya, customer ramai gila kot kat situ. Hired je la ramai pun tak apa still boleh bayar wages apa korang punya untung tu. OK the situation is like this. I walk in to the store like 6.00pm. Customer kinda ramai juga la, but belum full house. Tunggu 10 minutes untuk bagi menu. Then another 10 minutes for taking order. Aku pun order Roasted Chicken Rice+Ice Lemon Tea. Sebab aku tengok meja sebelah aku yang duduk lama sebelum aku pun baru nak dapat food, aku pun on lappy siap main scrabble ok. Dah nak habis game (it will be around 20 minutes) baru la air aku sampai. Pastu around 10 minutes nasi aku pun sampai.
Masa mula-mula aku tengok food aku tu, rasa macam nak meroyan siot. Plate punya besar, ayam punya la kecik. Besar ayam KFC lagi serius shit gua cakap lu. Kata ayam roasted, tapi aku tengok minyak tu macam ala-ala boleh perah and can fried another chicken.
Macam ni punya portion nak feed adik aku yang kurus pun dia reject.
Dah la ayam pun berminyak, nasi pun nampak kembang semacam je. Takpe-takpe rupa tu tak melambangkan rasa, aku pujuk hati. Aku test makan tauhu telur dulu. Failed!! Sejuk ya tuan-tuan dan puan-puan. Sup: sejuk. Nasi: sejuk. Ayam: suam-suam kuku. Rasa nasi tu memang loser gila. Kosong. Tak rasa garam pun. Suppose nasi ayam? Sup pun sama. Macam sup kosong kat kedai tomyam. Air sabun lagi ada flavour. Cis. Bila aku makan ayam pula, over flavoured dengan perencah ayam. Aku masak lagi sepuluh kali ganda sedap (I am serious man). Oleh kerana aku pun dah order dan food pun dah sampai aku telankan sahajalah. Padahal dalam hati mencarut-carut. Total bill is RM14++. Ha ah nasi ayam kedekut tu harganya RM9.90. Ice lemon tea RM2.90. Pukimak ke tak pukimak. Kalau aku tambah around RM6-RM10 pun aku boleh makan 1/4 ayam Nandos dengan 3 sideline tau tak!!Plus with BOTTOMLESS SOFT DRINKS.
Masa waiting time for the food, I saw a lot of customer walk away, can't stand the service punya lembab and slow-mo. Yang kerja pun 3 orang je what do you expect? Aku nampak sorang tu jadi cashier-cum-waitress-cum-slider, yang prepare food ada la 2 orang. So of course la service uols macam hanjeng. I don't think management ever bother to pay a friendly visit to the outlet, so biar je diorang terkontang-kanting macam ikan kat atas darat gasping for air. Dan tiba-tiba ada pula orang datang minta derma meja ke meja, tak ada seorang pun staff yang halau due to their shortage of manpower.
I don't really know is it KFCH punya plan to upgrade service for Ayamas ke or whatsoever, but it's fail. FAILED WITH FLYING COLOURS okay. Please review your outlets problematic and please, if you hire more staff wouldn't make you lose lots of money. Plus, check and compare your price range with other competitors. Takkan itu pun aku nak kena ajar?
As a result, I do think table service is lame like a self service too. Kalau KFC punya anak syarikat je mesti cam fucktard gila punya service. Such as menu murah RM9.90 pun rasa suck takkan aku nak order yang mahal-mahal. Buat rugi money value aku je. Review ini pun just for satu outlet. Belum lagi masuk outlet lain yang sucks big time. Bak kata orang bila jauh indah dipandang, bila dekat bau tahi. Itulah rupa table service kita.
